Artistic Director
Zach is an award-winning actor, designer, and director with over a hundred production credits since entering the theatre field full-time in 2011. He was heavily involved in the Metropolitan Atlanta theater community prior to his move to Texas in 2016. After his move, he performed and produced theater throughout the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas. While in Texas, he served as the Operations Director and Production Designer at Camille Playhouse (Brownsville, TX) as well as Co-Founder and Managing Director of the newly former Brownsville Repertory Theater. Zach has spent his time teaching, performing, and creating magic within the theater community. We are beyond excited to welcome Zach to the team, and cannot wait for you to see him in action!
Director of Education
A founding member of Act3 Productions/Act3 Academy, Johnna has taught, choreographed, directed and performed in local theater for the past 20 years. The honored recipient of the Metro Atlanta Theater’s distinguished President’s Award, Ms. Mitchell enjoys encouraging actors of all ages to find their voice, on and off stage. Her compassionate teaching style invites students to flourish and grow in their art. She is committed to “meeting the performers where they are” in order to help them reach their performance goals and potential. Nominated for several MAT awards, in the categories of choreography, directing, lead actor, major supporting actor, and minor supporting. Johnna is proud to be the winner of ten MAT awards in various categories.
